Day 1 of raw food challenge

Today's raw food diet started off well. I did not crave anything cooked and the raw fruit and veggies were delicious. I find I crave almonds throughout the day. It is hard for me to eat only one oz as recommended. They are high in fat and calories so I need to be careful with them.
The first half of the day I felt wonderful but around three in the afternoon I suddenly felt very sleepy. It just hit me like I needed to go to sleep now. I have felt tired the rest of the day. I am getting over a cold so I don't know if my body is still fighting it off. Maybe I am starting to detox already? We will see what happens tomorrow.
I have been using SparkPeople to recored my daily food intake. It was easier to cut and paste what I ate today rather than type it all out again.
I kept carbs just under 100. Fat is a little high but I have to get my calories from somewhere and I if I am keeping my carbs under 100 it has to come from fat because it is not coming from protein on a raw food diet.
